The results of clinical, computed electroencephalography and rheoencephalography investigations of 120 patients in acute period of ischemic supratentorial stroke depending on the variants of clinical social outcome of the acute period of the disease are presented in this article. Characteristics of electroencephalographic pattern and cerebral hemodynamic parameters in patients in the onset of the disease depending on the clinical social outcome of the stroke’s acute period are given. Correlations between neurological status parameters, bioelectrical brain activity and cerebral hemodynamic were detected. On the ground of clinical, electroencephalographical and hemodynamic matching the most informative criteria of the stroke severity evaluation and prognosis of clinical social outcome of the acute period of the disease were revealed.
