Mindfulness Through Yoga Meditation
Abstract
Today’s life is very fast. A common man does everything mechanically. He either thinks about the past or dreams about the future. He is not giving attention to the present moment. He is not aware. Teachings of pataňjali are useful even today, especially his meditation technique. With help of meditation, we live in the present. Awareness can be developed with help of yoga meditation. This research paper discusses the relationship between yoga meditation and awareness and how the yoga meditation technique is useful in daily life to increase efficiency.
