On scientific-methodical basis of ranking of territories liable to influence of dangerous natural-technogenic processes according to the degree of their danger

Abstract

Within the frames of energetic approach being developed by the author, basic scientific-methodical notions of ranking of territories liable to influence of dangerous natural-technogenic processes according to the degree of their dangerousness are examined. The meanings of integral factors of natural-technogenic danger are used as a main criterion.
