Cardiac Complications of Pregnancy in Desmoplakin Cardiomyopathy
Abstract
We present the course of 4 pregnancies in 3 women with desmoplakin cardiomyopathy, with a focus on changes in left ventricular ejection fraction and N-terminal pro–B-type natriuretic peptide levels from the prepregnancy period through the postpartum period, as well as maternal cardiac, obstetric, and neonatal outcomes.
