Laccase and enoate reductase are promising tools in bioconversion of several substrates of biotechnological interest. In this study, one fungus producing laccase and two fungi producing enoate reductase were used in the bioconversion of caffeic acid and a set of unsaturated compounds (a- methylcinnamaldehyde, a- methylnitrostyrene and cyclohexenone) showing interesting conversion products.
