Reading La Terre et le sang by M. Feraoun through its rough drafts allows rediscovering this novel, known as a Francophone classic. Inspired by the first part of the title, I study writing modalities of Ighil-Nezman and C... . Approaching some inconsistencies of the space writing (place vs. no-place, isolation vs. opening, reality vs. unreality), which are particularly visible in rough drafts, I focus on the how-create of these two La Terre et le sang key-places.
