In this study; university students' attitudes towards sexual education and gender perception were investigated. The sample of the descriptive research consisted of 364 students studying at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Bucak High School of Health. Data were collected through a personal information form, Inventory of The Attitude Toward Sexual Education and Gender Perception Scale. The data were collected outside the school hours for the students studying in the fall semester of 2018-2019 academic year. 62.4% of the students participating in our research, female students, 73.6% of the nursing department, 68.1% of primary education, 39.8% of first grade students consists of. 42% of the students stayed in the apartment, 17.3% were working, 72.3% did not receive sexual education. Female students' gender perception scale and inventory of the attitude toward sexual education were higher than male students. In addition, the mean score of the students who spent most of their lives in the village-town was based on the inventory of the attitude toward sexual education and the gender perception scale were found to be lower than the mean score of the students living in the province and district. As a result; it was determined sex, the class, where stayed, occupation, smoking and characteristics about spending most of their life and gender attitudes and attitudes towards sexual education differed.
