The smaller the better?
Abstract
Cornelis SlagtDepartment of Anaesthesia, Pain and Palliative Medicine, Radboud University Medical Center, Nijmegen, the NetherlandsWith great interest, I have read the article written by Khraise et al1 which retrospectively investigated the incidence and risk factors for postdural puncture headache (PDPH) after cesarean delivery in Jordanian women. Their main conclusions were that repeated puncture attempts and presence of tension headache before the cesarean delivery were risk factors for PDPH.View the original paper by Khraise and colleagues.
