Peace must be achieved among all; from within families in every home and school environments, through teachers and students. Relevant is the function that corresponds to the teacher in the daily work to fight for peace. To get there, you need to understand before some origins of violence from an early age of basic education. Mainly, with adolescents who go through a stage of life where they can touch the boundaries of violence and lost in it. To avoid this, parents and teachers should mark limits. Discipline, communication and prevention programs are some of the actions that are to be taken to achieve this. In schools, teachers’ challenges are enormous. To consolidate a culture of peace must live values as tolerance, freedom, responsibility, fairness, cooperation and respect. And so, achieve peace through equitable distribution of power.
