USE OF KNOWLEDGE MAPS IN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE PROCESS APPROACH
Abstract
The article discusses the need of using the process approaches for knowledge management in the enterprise. In this connection the basic concepts of knowledge management are stated, approaches of knowledge management in the enterprise are described and main enterprises which are connected with the use of this management paradigm at the enterprise are listed. As the main tool of knowledge management is offered to use knowledge maps that contain process scheme of enterprise.
