FACTORIAL ANALYSIS OF COMPETITIVENESS OF THE PERSONNEL
Abstract
The article considers the factors influencing competitiveness of the personnel of the enterprises and the organizations. The author identified and discussed new key factors, characteristic for modern conditions. The article gives practical recommendations to management of human resources taking into account these factors and explains differentiated approach to an assessment of competitiveness of the personnel is reasonable.
