About powers of magistrate judges on hearing of cases about administrative offences in the territory of the Republic of Crimea

Abstract

In article the question of expediency of investment of magistrate judges of the Republic of Crimea by powers on hearing of cases about the administrative offenses provided by the Law of the Republic of Crimea of June 25, 2015 No. 117-ZRK/2015 "About administrative offenses in the Republic of Crimea" is considered experience of other territorial subjects of the Russian Federation is analyzed, the list of structures which power after consideration should be delegated to magistrate judges is offered.
