Abstract

Financial barrier is one of the major barriers for SMEs. This barrier can be removed, inter alia, through increasing the use factoring by the company. The development of the factoring market may support the development of SMEs. The development of the factoring market for SMEs depends on the demand and supply factors. Future development of this market is very promising in Poland.
