REALIZATION OF POTENTIAL OF MODELS OF PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL PROCESS OF TRAINING OF BACHELORS-MANAGERS IN SKILLED AND SEARCH WORK

Purpose. The article considers a topical problem of consisting in permission of a contradiction between the existing models of the organization of pedagogical management of educational process of higher education institution and insufficient teoretiko-methodological readiness of the aspects providing its efficiency is considered. An object of research is the efficiency of pedagogical management on the basis of set of the models realized in a complex of pedagogical conditions and educational and professional process. Pedagogical level of formation of organizational and administrative competence of the bachelor-manager acts the indicator of quality of pedagogical management of educational and professional process providing acts, advancing education of graduates. Work purpose: verification of a hypothesis of efficiency of pedagogical management of educational and professional process of training of bachelors-managers on the basis of set of models. Methodology. As a basis of a research the theoretical analysis, methodology of system and activity approach, competence-based and contextual approach and design approach, skilled and search work in total of methods are used: questioning, pedagogical experiment, expert assessment, statistical data processing. Results. The hypothesis that set of models is confirmed (organizational and administrative competence of the bachelor-manager; organizational structure of pedagogical management; the technological practice-focused model of productive interaction with external and internal environment) has the potential of the advancing development which can be effectively realized in a complex of pedagogical conditions: – increase in the level of development of organizational and administrative competence of heads of education; – forming of continuous educational and design activity on the basis of accounting of individual rate of assimilation and the increasing integration level, when using the design and reflexive tasks reflecting performance of professional functions of the manager; – application for all subjects and objects of management of the uniform system of estimation which is bringing most closer useful result of training to the purposes of future professional activity. Practical implications. Use of withdrawals and results of a research in practice of pedagogical management will promote effective formation of ability and readiness of future managers for organizational and administrative activity.
