Abstract
This paper contains a review the collection of articles, published after the Second International Scholarly-Literary Readings dedicated to the 100th anniversary of one of the most significant figures of unofficial Russian-language poetry in Belarus, the poet V. Blazhenny (1921–1999). The book comprises 11 research articles, translations of his poetry and three appendixes, including archival and illustrative materials to the articles. The scientific level of the collection demonstrates that a separate field of literary criticism devoted to the study of the creative heritage of the Belarusian poet has been established. The authors of the articles successfully develop such areas as motif studies, comparative studies, versification studies and translation reception, relying on archival documents and the cultural and literary context of the time.
