Thinking about the brazilian law courses in dialogue with Paulo Freire and Bronislaw Malinowski

Abstract

The text aims at carrying out an analysis of the article entitled For an anthropologic education: comparing the ideas of Bronislaw Malinowski and Paulo Freire, written by Hélcio José Silva, in an attempt to compare the dialogue between anthropology and education, and the differences concerning education granted to different groups. As from the ideas presented, a reflection is made concerning teaching in the Law Courses and a humanistic and interdisciplinary proposal in the development offered in these courses.
