球磨机齿轮传动系统故障树的建立与分析

Abstract

The gear drive system of 2700mm×3600mm ball mill is investigation object. The structure and the movement of the system are studied based on fault tree analysis method, the system fault tree is established. analysis of the qualitative, the quantitative and the structure importance is carried out. The relations of each influence factor of fault is pointed out. Reference is provided for the application of expert system and the ball mill gear drive system fault diagnosis.
