Historical outline of the cancer in the speech of the Doctors of the atlantic coast. The first half of the 20th century
Abstract
The present article is result of an historical investigation of descriptive character whichfundamental aim is to show, since the review of the medical scientific publications at theend of the 20th century and the first half of the 20thcentury, the presence of the canceras a welfare and academic subject matter in the Facultad de Medicina of the Universidadde Cartagena in Colombia. Moreover, to identify to the teachers who contributed in thediffusion of the knowledge in those subject matters and at that time the creators of anschool in pathological anatomy. Además identificar a los docentesque contribuyeron en la difusión del conocimiento en esas temáticas y a la sazón loscreadores de la escuela de anatomía patológica.
