Analysis of the concept of justice in the wayuu rancheria Step 2 (La Guajira) based on the theory of Kymlicka’s multiculturalism

Abstract

This paper is directed to a realization of an analysis of the theory of multiculturalism by Kymlicka, in order to establish if exist any correspondence between the principles associated with the justice of this author and the process of the integration of ethnic minorities. The above, to determine if it is possible to recognize a concept of justice present in thetraditions of a wayuu community. All this through the revision of bibliography, legislation and jurisprudence existing, as well as the approach to wayuu community in order to get additional information of the object in this investigation.
