This article focuses on the treatment to be done with the educational software "Learning my History" in the process of learning of the history of Cuba, to promote character education of schoolchildren in primary education. In the first part, we examine critically the theoretical to the development of the software product as part of historical education and inherent to the process of historical understanding that impacts the personal and social utility, the second part of the paper we show some aspects related to implementation within the teaching-learning process in the history of Cuba.
