Análise de desempenho térmico de edificações: Um estudo de caso na Cidade de Palmas – TO

Abstract

Given the need to ensure comfort of users, interpreted from the safety and comfort requirements, the standard ABNT NBR 15575/2013 arise with the aim of make-up and materialize these requirements throw minimums values to be achieved in the execution of building. Taken into account the record of high temperatures in all the year in the city of Palmas – TO, this research has the objective of study and analyze the thermal performance and the evaluation methods presented in the standard. A case study is used was used to developed the research. The results founded, in addition to the assessment of all the criteria for a specific building, suggest and show the necessity of a revision of all the standards related with this issue. This conclusion is based in the result founded for the building case studied: although the requirements of the NBR 15575 are fulfilled, most of the measured day internal temperatures are higher than the external temperatures. In this way, the contribution of this study, not only classified the building but it helped to the understand of the agreement of the standard with the real behavior of the building, and the applicability of the methodologies of the standard.
