METHODOLOGICAL COMPETENCE IN THE STRUCTURE OF PROFESSIONAL READINESS OF THE TEACHER OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION FOR WORK WITH GIFTED CHILDREN
Abstract
In the article the questions of professional readiness of teachers of additional education for work with gifted children. As the most important in the structure of professional readiness stands out methodical competence. On the basis of an analysis of scientific research on the problem, the author considers the concepts of "competence" and gives definitions to the concepts of methodological competence and competence of the teacher of additional education, working with gifted children. Particular attention is paid to the description of the structure and content of the methodological competence, which is a necessary condition for readiness to work with gifted children.
