Определение специфических IgE и IgG антител на местноанестезирующие препараты in vitro

Abstract

In our work it has been established that on local anaesthetising preparations prevails IgE the sharp answer prevailing, basically, in samples of whey of blood of women. The greatest quantity of positive tests is revealed in samples of whey of blood on bypivacaini (4,27%), procaini (4,08%), lidocaini (3,97%). The least occurrence of allergic reactions is revealed on tetracaini (1,29%) and epinephrini (1,59%).
