The establishment of "Four Specialization" Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing outpatient system and the characteristic nursing connotation of Traditional Chinese Medicine pediatric nursing clinic in the hospital (医院“四专”中医护理门诊体系建立与中医儿科护理门诊特色护理实践)

Abstract

Taking the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing clinic to integrate clinical nursing, teaching and scientific research work, in order to improve the quality of clinical nursing, realize the goal of "developing from empirical to scientific type" in nursing practice, and establish the "Four Specialization" Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing outpatient department working system. Rooted in the theory of children's constitution, efforts had been made to develop nursing by syndrome differentiation, improve emotional nursing program under the concept of holistic nursing. On the basis of establishing a high-quality nursing service system, researchers should continue to explore the feasible way of the development of Tradition Chinese Medicine outpatient nursing. (医院利用中医护理门诊对临床护理、教学、科研力量的整合优势, 不断提升临床护理工作质量, 实现冯运华教授对护理工作“从经验型向科学型发展”的指导目标, 确立“四专”中医护理门诊纵向串联的工作体系。增设中医儿科护理门诊, 根植小儿体质学说发展辨证施护特色, 完善整体护理观下的情志护理方案。在打造优质护理服务基础上, 继续探索中医护理门诊信息化管理发展的可行道路。)
