In the interview sent to Diacronie. Studi di Storia contemporanea on 20th July 2016, the historian Paolo Pombeni faces the constitutional debate from the last reform of the italian parliament and, as well as through the analysis of the essential features of the italian political system, goes through the fundamental stages of the route of consolidation and revision of the republican institutions.
