The article reviews the issue of risk factors of early cardiovascular pathology of children suffering from juvenile rheumatic arthritis. It presents research findings of lipid metabolism, endothelium dysfunction, hem stasis system pathology of rheumatic arthritis and juvenile rheumatic arthritis.
