Objective: to study the prevalence of different types of human papilloma virus (HPV) in cervix and anal canal in patients with HPV-associated cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) of varying severity.Material and methods: the clinical examination, colposcopy; high resolution anoscopy; cytology; typing of HPV.Results.
