Abstract
Trata-se de uma caracterização do teatro político no Brasil, a partir da história do teatro político desde a Antigüidade, passando pelo século XIX, pelo teatro americano e chegando ao teatro brasileiro dos anos 60.This article consists in a characterization of Brazilian political theater, from the history of the political theater since antiquity, through the 19th Century, the American theater to Brazilian theater of the 60s.
