Abstract Recent studies have shown that cardiac sympathetic denervation (CSD) is effective in the treatment of refractory ventricular tachyarrhythmia in patients with structural heart disease. This case report aimed to highlight the effect of bilateral CSD in suppressing treatment‐resistant ventricular tachycardia in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.
