Sobre la implementación de la limpieza política franquista en Navarra en 1936-1937

Abstract

This article delves into the characteristics of the Franquist political cleansing implemented in Navarre, the Spanish province where in relative terms, it was the strongest. For that, it examines the number of imprisonments, the way of controlling rural areas, the development of repressive mechanism through list-making and the authorship of the scientific repressive methodology used.
