Coordination of teaching in the implementation of the new Degrees

The purpose of this paper is to provide a thoughtful analysis about the role of the teaching coordination in the implementation of the new degrees. Assuming the need for coordination involves a change in university culture: moving from a culture rooted in individualism to a culture based on the coordination of teaching as a shared of responsibility. We use interviews with coordinators of degrees at different universities to analyze the problems that occurred for the coordinators in the implementation of the grades. It concludes with a series of recommendations to improve coordination of the university degrees.
