Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) is an acute viral zoonotic disease. Due to the similarity of transmission routes and clinical presentation, while the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic continues, it is essential to remember that two infections can coexist, especially in regions where CCHF disease is endemic. We aimed to report a case that was hospitalized with a preliminary diagnosis of CCHF due to a history of tick contact and was found to have a positive concomitant SARS-CoV-2 PCR result, to increase the awareness of healthcare providers.
