A POBREZA NO BRASIL E NA ARGENTINA: dimensão e políticas de enfrentamento

Abstract

Reflection about poverty in two Latin America countries: Brazil and Argentina. It is presented the problematic of poverty, its’ historical dimension, with distinction to the recent conjuncture since 1990. The social policies adopted nowadays to face poverty in both countries are presented and questioned.
