This research configuration and development aimed to know how discriminato ry practices, such as racism and sexism, could be influential in the construction of a susceptible scenario to the vulnerability of the mental health right of black women. For that, a historical panorama was compound, using the mixed method (which makes a proposal of analysis based on qualitative and quantitative expositions), accomplishing an exploratory work, by bibliographical documentary and survey research, along with a case study. Drawing a profile of black women more susceptible to the development of common mental disorders (CMDs), knowing how health professionals deal with the demands caused by prejudice of color, race and gender in the public and private sector, besides combining knowledge through interdisciplinary. As a result, this study shows that black women, because of their human development indices at the base of the social pyramid, are more susceptible to developing CMDs and that the SUS does not have adequate public policies.
