The article updated issues of inclusive higher education, whose main task is to create a system of education for persons with disabilities and disability in higher institutions of Russia. Identifies the need for the development and implementation of monitoring activities of educational institutions of higher education and the regional resource centers of higher education in training persons with faceted possibilities of health and disability. The article discusses the main objectives of monitoring, the criteria and targets on the basis of which was developed and agreed monitoring forms. The analysis of the current situation and prospects of development of system of inclusive higher education in Russia. Presented primary data of monitoring on the basis of which to draw conclusions about system maintenance activities of the process and outcomes of inclusive higher education.
