The main factors in the formation of IT readiness of the lecturers of philological specialities, working with foreign students with the aim of specifying the requirements for the use of IT in learning are determined. There are defined the causes of deficiencies of the lecturers’ work and methods to improve their IT readiness, which they need for educational interaction with foreign students. The structure of an information and educational interaction between lecturers and students of philological specialities are discussed. There are allocated requirements to IT readiness of the lecturers of philological specialities to work with students for improving the efficiency of educational process.
