Abstract
Author, a well-known politician and public figure of Tuva, shares his memoirs about the events of summer 1990, which gave way to the aggravation of interethnic relations in Tuva just before the collapse of the USSR and against which members of the Tuva ASSR Supreme Soviet have spoke out.
