Mass blood survey and spot survey were conducted in Poboya village part ofSinggani Health Center, Palu Municipality in May 2005. Poboya village have the highest clinical malaria in Palu. The aim of this activity was to know malaria endemic area and vector suspect at Poboya village. The results shows that 11.28% of 523 people was malaria P.falcifarum positive with endogenous case 16.7%. Vector suspect was Anopheles barbirostris rice paddy and river with slow stream as breeding places. Keywords : Malaria, Spot survey, Mass Blood Survey, P. falcifarum, Poboya.
