abstract This research: aims 1) to determine whether job satisfaction negative influence and significant against turnover intention of employees 2) to determine whether job stress influence positively and significantly against turnover intention of employees and 3) to determine whether satisfaction and job stress affect Operates simultaneously against turnover intention of employees. The study included research essentially testing truth verification through data collection in the field. The method used in the research is explanatory by involving 35 employees. The data was analyzed by using Multiple Linear Regression. The research indicate that 1) job satisfaction is negatively and significant influence against turnover intentions of the employees PT.Wahana Sahabat Utama, 2) Work stress is a positively and significant influence against turnover intentions of the employees PT. PT.Wahana Sahabat Utama and 3) job satisfaction and job stress effect are positively and significant influence against turnover intentions of the employees PT.Wahana Sahabat Utama. Keywords: turnover intentions, job stress, job satisfaction abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan Dan 3) Untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan dan stress kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey, sampel penelitian sejumlah 35 karyawan bagian marketing yang merupakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan metode statistik Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intentions karyawan PT.Wahana Sahabat Utama, 2) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intentions karyawan PT.Wahana Sahabat Utama dan 3) Kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intentions karyawan PT.Wahana Sahabat Utama. Kata Kunci : turnover intention, stress kerja, kepuasan kerja
