Dobândirea cetățeniei române. De la stabilitate spre modernizare prin (r)evoluție

Abstract

In this study we decided to bring into attention to those passionate about constitutional law some general landmarks concerning acquiring Romanian citizenship as it is currently regulated, but also by highlighting the legislator’s desire to ‘modernize’ the institution through (r)evolution, leaving behind the stability and unity of the Romanian people.
