Results of seismic stress-strain state analysis are considered for the new symmetrical 100 m high dam with slopes of 1/0.5 (V/H), outer zones of roller compacted concrete (RCC) and wide central zone of rockfill enriched with cement mortar. As a seismic loading the horizontal and vertical components of strong earthquakes of 8 and 9 grades were assumed. As a RCC model the elastoplastic model of RCC with shear parameters of joints was used. It was found that the new dam has double seismic safety under action of earthquake of 9 grade that indicates for consideration of the dam in hydroprojects in very seismic regions of Siberia and Far East of Russia.
