Public archives and administrative transparency in Morocco

Abstract

This article aims to verify if the public archives management in Morocco contributes to fulfilling reform’s objectives especially transparency and the optimal use of resources. To fully grasp the subject, a case study was chosen to allow a deeper understanding of the subject complexity, and issue some recommendations that may render managing archives as a better support for administration’s reform process.
