« Nouvelles pour temps de guerre et après » : le style documentaire dans les nouvelles de guerre d’Irène Némirovsky

Abstract

Irène Némirovsky took refuge in Issy-l’Évêque, in Saône-et-Loire, where she went to be with her two daughters at the beginning of May 1940. During the war, she wrote twenty-seven short stories, some of which took byways that she had rarely taken before; with this in mind, we will look at the way in which, before Suite française, Némirovsky’s writing was renewed when, in one way or another, it took war as its subject.
