Abstract

The article aims to investigate the basal role of violence in the genealogy of social institutions and its consequences, in order to reflect about cardinal problem of the contemporary political philosophy v.g. the bedding and justification of power to command, social contrat, democratic state of law, constitutional control, state of exception, and the possibility of an understanding of politics not referred to the state.
