Drawing Strategic Map for Organizational Structures

Abstract

The main purpose of any process of research is production and development of science, for increasing efficiency and effectiveness. Research in the management is a systematic field in an organization seeking out effective actions to improve and solve the management and organizational issues. Hence the organizations to achieve this goal required tools such as strategy map. The strategy map can indicate the main and key directions achieving the objectives and pay more attention to them. This paper introduces diagraph theory to determine causal relationships in strategic objectives in order to make a strategy map. The results of this approach are provided in Vali-e-Asr University of Rafsanjan. The aim of the present study is practical and the method of data collection is descriptive and survey.
