Las medidas de protección del informante: la base de la funcionalidad del sistema

Abstract

The construction of an effective whistleblower protection system requires the establishment of a prior legal framework that generates trust and legal certainty for whistleblowers. The target to beat, therefore, is the fear of reprisals, which, together with the importance of whistleblowing, are the main factors on which the functionality of the whole system depends. The analysis of these measures in the Spanish whistleblower protection system will be, precisely, the focus of our work in order to verify the viability of the system designed.
