المشكلات البيئية المصاحبة للنمو العمراني بضواحي المدن دراسة ميدانية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى التعرف على المشكلات البيئية المصاحبة للنمو العمراني بضواحي المدن، نتيجة تزايد حركة الكتل السكانية في اتجاه ضواحي المدن، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج التاريخي، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في رصد اشكال الحركة السكانية داخل الضواحي، لذا تم اختيار ثلاث مناطق بضواحي محافظة الجيزة هم منطقة صفط اللبن، والمعتمدية ومنشأة البكاري، كمجال جغرافي لتطبيق أداة الاستبان على عينة قوامها 300مفردة، واجراء المقابلات المتعمقة مع 15 حالة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلي مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن المشكلات البيئية التي تنتشر داخل الضواحي تمارس السلوكيات الحياتية للكتل السكانية دوراً كبير في تفاقم تلك المشكلات، بالإضافة إلي ضعف قدرة السكان علي التكيف مع البيئة الحضرية التي يقيمون بها. كما يمارس الزحف المتزايد من السكان علي الضواحي دوراً في تغير مورفولوجية المدينة من حيث تغير بنية العمران داخل المدينة، حيث يتم اتباع نمط عمراني لا يتميز بالتخطيط العمراني للمدينة يؤثر علي مستوي الخصوصية داخل الضواحي، وعلى المستوي الجمالي للبنية العمرانية لضواحي المدن، بالإضافة إلى ضعف الإمكانيات المادية للمؤسسات المسئولة عن الحفاظ علي البيئة من التلوث. Abstract The current study aims to identify the environmental problems associated with urban growth in the suburbs of cities, as a result of the increasing movement of population blocks towards the outskirts of cities, and the study relied on the historical method, and the descriptive and analytical approach in monitoring the forms of population movement within the suburbs, so three regions were chosen in the suburbs of Giza Governorate They are the Saft al-Laban area, Al-Moatamadeyah and Monshaat Al Bakkari, as a geographical area for applying the questionnaire tool to a sample of 300 individuals, and conducting in-depth interviews with 15 cases. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: The environmental problems that spread inside the suburbs exercise the behavior of the population clusters a major role in exacerbating these problems, in addition to the weak ability of the population to adapt to the urban environment in which they reside. The increasing encroachment of the population on the suburbs also plays a role in changing the morphology of the city in terms of changing the urban structure within the city, where an urban pattern is followed that is not characterized by the urban planning of the city that affects the level of privacy within the suburbs, and on the aesthetic level of the urban structure of the suburbs, in addition to the weakness of the capabilities. The material institutions responsible for preserving the environment from pollution.
