Intelligent Talent Management: A New Approach and superior maker mechanism in future wars

Abstract

The combination of iron and carbon creates a material called Steel, which has led to the production of metal with many advantages. The present research also suggests that similarly useful concepts of knowledge and talent management can be combined and create a strong concept called "intelligent talent management" that increases the effectiveness and efficiency of individual and organizational performance as well as increasing competitive advantage. With predictions of future wars, two crucial factors in the upcoming wars - human resources and information technology - are considered. Intelligent talent management can be a major factor in future wars by influencing these two important factors in the armed forces and such a highly personalized and organizational performance cannot be achieved with the use of knowledge or talent management. Finally, by providing a conceptual model of intelligent talent management in future wars, we gain a competitive advantage.
