iPSC-Based Disease Modeling and Drug Screening: An Interview with Paul Tesar and Matthew Elitt

Abstract

This month we present a new Q&A with Paul Tesar, DPhil, Associate Professor and Director of the Pluripotent Stem Cell Facility at Case Western Reserve University (U.S.). Dr. Tesar is a recipient of the Beddington Medal of the British Society for Developmental Biology and the 2015 recipient of the ISSCR’s Young Investigator Award. Stem Cell Reports has invited Dr. Tesar and graduate student Matthew Elitt, the first author of Elitt et al. (in this issue of Stem Cell Reports), to answer some questions about their publication and share perspective and insights on their research and mentoring the next generation of scientists.
