RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EMPRESARIAL EN LAS COOPERATIVAS MULTIACTIVAS DE BARRANQUILLA: DIMENSIÓN INTERNA
Abstract
The objective of this article is to describe the performance of the internal dimension of corporate social responsibility in the Multi-Active Cooperatives of Barranquilla, Colombia. The methodological design adopted is part of the research with a quantitative approach of descriptive scope, not experimental in the field, and therefore, the survey was used as the information collection technique. The results show great weaknesses related to the shareholders, in that they do not finance social projects that generate impacts on the communities, they do not show transparency in the information they present on the management and its results. Like, they hide the true picture of the situation of the company. On the other hand, cooperatives are concerned about the well-being of their employees in terms of their health and quality of life. They care that they are comfortable with their work, through constant verification of their jobs. It allows the participation and involvement of all those affected when there is a change, through an open consultation. Lastly, it encourages its employees to make good use of all natural resources, so that they are socially responsible with the environment
